4D Integral Executive Coaching (4D-IEC)

We have specifically designed our executive coaching methodology to help you go above and beyond the ordinary and discover innovative solutions to your day-to-day leadership challenges!

We will work with you using leading edge coaching methods inspired by Integral Theory (originated by the American philosopher and psychologist Ken Wilber) – The most comprehensive map of human development to date. 

How Does It Work?

Our goal is to help you realise your full potential and we will aim to trigger and release your creative energy in the context of a coaching relationship. We always begin the 4D Integral coaching journey with an initial meeting (or conversation) where we can gently explore how we might work with you. After the first meeting we should all have a good idea if there is a fit or not. Following this, together with your 4D coach you will co-create a coaching programme that will be uniquely tailored to your specific challenges. 

Our interpretation of the Integral map is an easy to understand 4 dimensional - 2 perspectives framework.

This enables you and your coach to share a language to help you both begin exploring YOU as an integrated system comprising of (at least) 4 dimensions - body, heart, mind and spirit (energy).

Once you and your coach have agreed that you both have a clear understanding of how you express yourself, you can take the deep dive together and look at your life and work conditions from the two fundamental perspectives -

Your WE space. The internal, subjective experience you share with others in terms of culture, values, ideas and beliefs...

and

The external, objective systems, processess and environments in which you interact day to day.

This will help you to take a multi perspective view on what's going on, why, where, when, with whom and how.

The 'Integral' style of coaching is fundamentally co-creative and highly strategic, enabling you to take multiple perspectives on any and every issue.
