Can I Purchase for Large Groups, Teams or a Whole Organisation?

Yes you can. We can provide 4DOD accounts for teams, small, medium and large businesses – globally and for any number of employees. The rate you pay depends on the number of accounts you would like. You can choose to host your 4DOD accounts internally on your in-house learning platform or we can host them for you. There’s lots more to say on this so do get in touch and we can talk through your digital training needs.

Do You Provide Corporate Accounts?

Yes, we do. We can provide 4DOD accounts globally for any number of employees. You can choose to host your 4DOD accounts internally on your in-house learning platform or we can host them for you. There’s lots more to say on this so do get in touch and we can talk through your digital training needs.

How Do I Log In to My 4DOD Account?

You can log in to you account here  You will need your username and password. We know we all have a lot of usernames and passwords to remember these days – so you can reset your password, however, your username will never change. You are able to update your emil address at anytime if you need to.

How Long Do I Have Access to My Courses?

This will depend on whether you have purchased your account privately or your account comes through a corporate membership. If you have a private account the courses are your for life.

If you are accessing courses through a corporate account – please check with your L&D leads.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

At 4D we are confident that we offer you world class training at a very reasonable price. We currently have no blanket cancellation policy. However, if you have any issue or concern please do get in touch – we would really appreciate hearing from you. We will make sure any feedback is taken on board and will do all we can to make things right.

Who Do I Contact for Technical Support?
For technical support, please contact your in-house IT or L&D support. If you are an individual who has bought a course privately, please contact us here.
Who Do I Contact for Other Support?
Do You Run In-the-Room or Live Online Courses?
Yes we do! At 4D HumanBeing, we run online public courses as well as in-company online and in person programmes. We also offer super engaging large scale conference webinars and on-site keynotes as well as executive 1-2-1 coaching. All our courses, coaching and keynotes are highly engaging and always interactive.
