Matt is a highly experienced executive and communication skills coach and corporate speaker.
He is passionate about applying key theatre techniques from both acting and directing to the business world; primarily in the areas of presence, impact, story-telling and leading creative teams.
Matt combines a wealth of corporate experience with a career as a theatre director and a fascination with sports psychology. He brings to his 4D clients a focus on individual and team performance, world-class presenting and individual coaching, encouraging exceptional communication skills in a fun, tangible and sustainable way.
Matt spent two decades working in the IT industry, where he has worked with and for many of the world’s best-known technology companies in UK and European leadership roles. He continues to direct plays when he has the opportunity and his German is strong and getting better by the day!
