We can be so controlled and identified with our thoughts that we assume they all are true. In fact, they are totally ‘created.’ Through influences in childhood, our schooling, work and culture, our thought patterns have gradually been built by us over our lives. Until they simply become automatic. Negative thinking and anxiety are very energy draining. The good news is with a little effort we can fire up another part of our brain – and re-wire and rebuild our thinking into a far more positive, energising mindset! Time to stop your thoughts leading you or start leading your thoughts.

  4. Next time a difficult thought pops into your head, see if you can find what the thought itself is made of. Really look for the ‘substance’ of that thought and watch it disappear…it was made of nothing!
